WHY IS MINDFULNESS SO IMPORTANT IN EVERYDAY LIFE?
Simple mindfulness practices have been proven to help everyone deal with anxiety, improve concentration, and handle difficult emotions.
The workshops introduce children and adults to mindfulness in a playful, fun, completely relaxed, and unique way!
The workshops help you to access mindfulness everyday as and when you need it, on walks to work, in the park, putting the kids to bed, and enjoying your food that little bit more.

MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS
FOR CHILDREN AND THEIR ADULTS
These sessions enable us to explore all that mindfulness has to offer. A fun approach to mindfulness through, senses, play, art, drama, movement, yoga, music, breath work, relaxing and uplifting techniques, great for relieving stress and tension and getting out of your head.
I will teach you great little tips you can take away and use together in your everyday life.
Helping our little ones recognise their emotions and what to do with them is great for them and great for us!

Laura BA (HONS) Performing Arts is an experienced actor/singer and workshop leader who is passionate about yoga and meditation. She has created a unique programme to bring mindfulness to those who want more out of their practice and to do something fun and different.
